Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and we handle each request on an individual basis, as best we can. While we hope you are satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order.

    It is important to note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount will be deducted from the standard shipping costs of €10.

    The consumer will be responsible for the risks and direct costs associated with returning the products, unless the product itself is damaged, in which case the costs will be borne by Moonamì, subject to a further verification of the causes of the damage suffered by the product. In the event that the returned goods are worn, damaged or missing essential elements, Moonamì reserves the right to refuse the refund. Late communication or shipment of returns or returns of products that do not conform to the original conditions will result in refusal by Moonamì.

    In case of withdrawal, Moonamì will refund within 10 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase or via Gift Card for future purchases, subject to positive verification of the withdrawal requirements, integrity of the product and compliance with the return conditions.

    It is specified that in the absence of the integrity of the goods and the return conditions described, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal, and the product will remain available for collection at the warehouse.

    Returning Products: Please send an email ( maisonmoonami@gmail.com ) to inform us of your intention to return the items ordered. Include the items in the original envelope and provide your order number. After contacting us, a shipping label will be sent. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to monitor the status of your shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to send the goods within 7 days of the return request and provide proof of shipment within 10 days.
